PSO2 Tweaker Error

just tried to log into the game after a few days and go this message

Error-Access to the path C:/program files (x86)\Sega\Phantasystaronline2\pso2_bin\pso2.exe is denied. {Failed!}

After trying to repatch and fix it still wont work was giving this link

You are running an outdated version of PSO2 Tweaker. You can find all of the details on getting setup with the new installation here (just download the new file and replace your old 'PSO2 Tweaker.exe' with the new one available at: http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=207248
