Faster initial install?

Since I'll be upgrading to a new PC I was wondering if I can do a fast initial install with the tweaker or I'm just going to have to wait it out for the Japanese launcher?

Does copying the entire SAGA folder to a new computer work?

Yerp. Just copy everything in the "win32" folder in your PSO2 program folder from your old PC to the new one after installing the client on it and you're golden.
