Rare Item Glitch??

I was just in mines 2 with my lvl 68 FOnewearl redria.

I came across a room that had a sinow gold and 3 canadines... after killing the canadines, the sinow gold droped a Meteor smash... my first rare weapon of this run... at the end of the room was 4 normal crates...

I started using my hildebear cane to break open the first one, I threw 2 fireballs and it didnt break, on the third one it broke and there was a crush bullet, (the other crate next to it was meseta,

In the other 2 crates, 2 custom rays side by side...
is that a rare item glitch or just incredible luck?

Im happy to get three rare Items total per run with any of my chars...

Just luck.

I found two Rappy Wings from a group of three, then a Hildebear Head in the next wave of enemies and a Flowen's Sword from the other Hilde. Not great drops, but still lucky.

Now I can't remember exactly what was said to me about this topic but I'm not sure. I beleive it went a little like "The drop rate of a certain item when found is usually higher than normal. SO you may end up finding more than one of the same rare in one run."

I found 3 Gae Bolgs in one Ultimate Caves run once... those things suck...

its luck. The other day I was playing with a buddy online, in Ult Ruins, and open up 2 boxes and in the 1st was the DB's Sword AUW3073, and a PD. Then later in the next room, a Lavis Cannon dropped from a Del D. i remember finding a custom ray gun ver 00 and some kind of a sword before in ruins with my skyly hunter

I found DB shield, DB armor and DB saber all in the same room once. That was strange.

That sucks. Myself and two friends were playing Ult Caves, and we saw a Pouilly Slime. It dropped a Lavis Cannon but my friend, a FOmar, grabbed it first. He said it was a Lavis then asked me if I wanted it, he knew I had a HUmar. So, he dropped it and I ran to town to ID it. I was sooo happy.

Ha, very lucky. I had one run not too long ago where I found 3 Flowen's Swords frome El Rappies side by side. I kinda wish I had your luck though, it always seems that the Whitill ID finds the same things in each level each time I go there.

I know what you mean. Whitill seems to have Slicer of Assasin TONS and the diska of liberator. (me want handgun milla).

In general, both rares and rare enemies tend to appear on packs. So, if you're doing a run and a lot of red boxes are dropping, don't stop until the end.

Hmmm...well some times in one area you will find lots of red boxes but finish the rest or the ep and not fine anything red...

reminds me when 2 del sabers dropped the right arm (the buster one, i think it was right arm) right next to each other, same wave also.and i never found another delsaber arm up to date and this was like 3 months ago....but anyways, its always nice to find double of rares =) even if they are crummy ones
