Just got a box like thing from fun scratch

The item look like a box and it contains 3 different accessories/tattoos/etc, it's not in the fun catalog page so what exactly is it?

I got one too. I think you got lucky, it's just a way of getting more than one thing in a FUN scratch at a time.
