Spell Levels

What is the highest spell level? Is it 10? Also, is there a list of all spells and how much damage each one does?

Also note that the in-game listed Power values (what was used to fill up the above posted charts) is sometimes wrong.

Such as Rabarta being closer to 397 since it hits 4 times and the Power rating appears to be for only 3 hits, and Sabarta should actually be 405 since it only hits 3 times instead of 4.

Zan and Samegid's listed power is for 2 hits, though you can certainly hit with all three, and in Zan's case you can hit the same target every time the wind blades change direction (yes you can keep this up indefinitely).

And of course you can hit multiple enemies with many techs, so a low power rating but a large area of effect could actually make a tech much better than it appears on such a list.
