Possible Hans bug?

My friend started playing within the last week and i've helped him unlock every area. For some reason Hans is only offering the first 3 COs and I have absolutely no idea why. Does anyone have any ideas or is this just some stupid fucking bug?

and as to why, no idea, most likely like you said due some bug

You may have helped him unlock every area but did you help him with his Difficulty unlock quest?

If not there's your answer.

Most of his other CO's are under Hard and VH.

Ah, I read that wrong. There are certain COs that unlock as you progress through the game. He's level 33. Koffie orders seem to be working fine, so I'm not sure what's going on here.

What about the other NPCs?

Difficulty doesn't matter. Hans has Caves and Desert COs for Normal mode, Tundra is the first with hard mode quests.

This is just a bug I'm afraid ;/

Or increase the relationship with Hans, maybe.....
I also just unlocked new boss COs from him (which is not new, Tranmizer and B. Vardha) a few weeks ago even though I already unlocked all places (including Quarry) and all difficulties.

Do other NPC COs. Hans is not the only fruit.
Some other conditions can "force unlock" COs, maybe doing that will fix that bug.
I'd send a bug report, but if SEGA sees the patch I'm not sure they will appreciate.

Seems like a bug to me. Usually you always get a new client order from him as soon as you have access to a new field. On one of my chars I have, for example, the first tundra and tunnels client order, even though I never finished all the ones that come before that. Also you should have at least gotten the Gorongo client order from him, seeing as you finished all the other forest client orders.
