need some help

Hello, I need some help.. I downloaded and installed PSO2 finally,
because first I had trouble with that and now it was finished installing and I tried running the game.

The first time it loaded but nothing happened
and a weird loading thing came in the left upper corner of my screen.
Then I tried running again and it said 'Not corresponding to your OS''.
I have win7, so it should actually work on my OS right? Hw can I fix this.
(By the way, I am using an English patch on it)
