registration issue(error 25)

im pretty sure there are many threads like this and i searched the forums but most of them didnt give me a solution to my problem. anyways, when creating my sega id, i input my birth date and everything. i know its all right cause i checked videos and made sure its all in the right spot. (i google translate the page so i know what im reading) . i know im getting the captcha right. ive tried registering over 30 times now. and i get error 25 saying that i input something incorrectly. any help?

if anything, maybe somebody can quickly make a sega id for me and message me the information? i would very much appreciate it. if theres anyway to repay you afterwards, i will consider it.

Error 25 means you botched the CAPTCHA, if memory serves. Try Syklo's CAPTCHA Encyclopedia (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=203925). It's very helpful. (Method 2-A is my favorite.)
