new ending matoi cutsences?

is there supposed to be a cutscene every time i go to her? ive completed all the yellow parts of matterboard 2 and xion isnt show up -_-

Did you do both endings to Story Quest 1?

I haven't talked to Matoi and managed to get to MB 10.

Once you complete the yellow nodes, you have to do the story quests again usually. Pretty much all of them have split paths to take.
