does MB drop an unit with 4 slots (including Ogre Soul, Mutation, Vinculum + random)?

please tell me which spot requires it and how to keep getting these affix

Those affix are found during the EQ Beach War any other then that, nope.

Ok, I was wrong. You can find the fodder at Coast. The target mob must be a "Rough Wave: Org". I find that the best way to get it is a 12/12 MPA while you using a weapon with the potential "Skilled Trainer".
