I use a very very basic laptop really not meant for gaming(I have only 2Gb of ram), I manage to get games to work at very low fps. I play around 10-30 fps while playing pso with the lowest possible settings. Anyways, when I'm in pso2 tweaker options, I need to know if setting my max frame rate lower would improve performance or setting it higher wil improve it. (30 fps>60>90>120>Unlimited fps are my choices of max frame rate) any information on this would be very helpful!

Its not going to improve your frames by setting the frame limit higher. At least not in this game, sorry.

Try 60 frames. I notice it makes the game run a little less choppy on low-end PCs.

Frame rate really depends on your processor and graphics card, ram is just to hold programs in memory since that doesn't affect performance.
