Franca's Frying Pan

So, I heard Franca can give out an item if you talk to her after getting her friendship rating up. Well, it's already up to max, and I've done all of her orders many times; even just recently. I still haven't received anything from her.
This is how you get the Frying Pan, right? Am I missing something, or do I just have to keep turning in a crapton of orders, then talk with her?

Seems she's a bit finicky.

Talked to her first time i logged in, nothing.

Turned in 1 Order, got a Chefs Hat.
But after that zilch, even after turning in 10 orders....

Maybe it's only after specific orders ?
