Is the section ID Redria really that godly?

My friend (I am not saying the name) is a Redria. When I last saw him, he was level 40+. He showed me a Holy Ray, Spread Needle, and claimed that he had 3 mag cells. He said all those items were found (in VHard ruins) not dupe nor trade. And claimed that its his section ID that do that. I find this hard to believe. Maybe I am just jealous but I am level 100 and the rarest item was a double saber.

Well I can attest that Redria sucks for at least myself. I'm level 96, Redria, Hucast, 260 hours, and I have yet to find anything that rare or valuable from enemies or boxies...all I ever find is a bunch of nice looking armor that is made useless by the fact that they're all 0 slots -_-;

I'm lvl 61 and also a redria HUcast and all I ever find are dragon slayers varistas and DB sabers. You need to join other id's games online or trade to get different stuff.
