Camera spins furiously KB&M

I just got a new desktop. I had to re install PSO2 on it. Keep in mind it is windows 8(ugh). Anyways every time I get into the game the camera spins ridiculously fast unless i go into "T" mode or lock onto something. Solutions please? I'm desperate.

Unplug any controllers, or disable any devices that may be acting as an extra input device

It could be some sort of software, as well, so close any unnecessary programs.

i have that problem if i have my wacom tab plugged in.

I heard lowering the poll rate of your mouse can help with this issue. I think it was mentioned in tech support thread a long time ago that camera speed is tied to frame rate as well?? So if you don't have your FPS uncapped, the wild FPS fluctuations could be causing it too+^_^+ You can set FPS in the launcher menu to 60 FPS or 30 FPS if you haven't yet +^_^+
