95% of 7-9* aren't rare, aren't good, and it's a net meseta loss if untekked. Literally better off not having dropped at all, but rather meseta in its place. Also 6*s are much easier to grind if you want budget gear.

Along with units, they shouldn't trigger the RARE DROP notification. It's totally killed the magic of red items.

I think it's because Ringadha can attack while the two projectiles are also doing damage, but the Banthers spend a lot of time prancing and stalking, maybe even roaring.
I wasn't paying full attention but if the Banthers behaved like they usually do, they probably spent the last 25% of their life roaring constantly.

Well, now that Darker's Den is becoming a normal area (not sure if this has been confirmed or not yet through any translations...couldn't it also just be for AQs/EQs like Urban?) that might be part of the set of levels SEGA is adding for Episode 2...I don't know...waiting to see how this all adds up myself.

If this does turn out being the fifth area for Episode 2, and it's not a "special" case like Urban, then it's just about another two areas left for Episode 2 content (please be an area in the tower you can see from the Ruins on Naberius and another stage for Vopar).

I could never get past the hoof things unfortunately. Heretic Queen looks pretty good, but then JK LOOK AT DEM BOOTS.
But yeah, this game is marketed towards japenese otaku neckbears so fanservice and frilly magical girl outfits are to be expected, unfortunately.

Someone mentioned earlier something 'bout high heels. I don't really mind them, most of those look pretty decent anyway. I'm personally in love with Rosentreim, I think it might be the best looking female set out there. Worth every penny in my honest opinion. Out of curiosity, how much damage to deal with Tsukimi and Gekka?

I haven't gotten the lvl16 disks of them to test yet (SEGA's balance programmers are so blatently lazy to the point it effects gameplay by not just balancing every single level of a damn PA), but according to jwikia tsukimi got a 60% power rating boost in 15->16 with a 2PP cost reduction. Gekka got an 80% boost.

Using the faster katana PAs as your go-to for damage is really attractive over using sakura end now. It didn't take me long to hate sakura end because it felt pretty slow (but was the best source of damage) compared to any other katana PA to the point I went back to d sabers and t daggers.

I used to use rosentriem before the ursula replica came out. The shoulder-things got to me after a while, and I stuck with ursula's outfit.

I personally like high-heels alot. It just depends on how well modeled they are. (Urayukihime replica is a mild example of what I'd rather not see in heels. Rosentriem, china dress, sexy bikini, ursula replica, and gender pirate are good examples of decent heels)

Also, the new female costume with the sponge-boots makes me cringe. Awsome from the ankle up... :-x

Hmm...when it comes to future outfits...

Next week, there's the Madoka collaboration (even if many here are tired of magical girl themed oufits, this collaboration is a smart choice by sega, due to the Madoka movie being released in the same week), a couple Portable 2 outfits and the Halloween gender swaps...
I'm only really interested in trying the halloween one, though I may also check out the portable 2 outfits.

Early November, can't say I'm interested in any of the outfits, but... with the scratch being named "Aerial Gunner", and the scratch we got last week last week being named "Ultimate Fighter" (Fighter and Gunner themed outfits), I'm guessing that in December we may get Techer themed oufits then?
If so, I hope for something that would fit an hybrid of melee and magic, some sort of battle mage oufit, I guess...

As it is, the demonstrator was hitting for 500 damage with charged bow shots (lolwut?) while that PA was hitting for 1500 three times, so you can imagine how much higher the damage would be on someone geared to the teeth...

It seems like it'll be a better alternative to Sakura in situations where you don't need that horizontal AoE (so most of them). It also looks easier to spam.

Goddamn, the new PA does crazy things to enemies with multiple targetable parts (which is most bosses). You may as well have permanent Katana Gear while you're spamming the thing.

Well, consider the prices the regular shirt and short-shorts tend to go for. Mind, you, I don't know how much of that is simply a lack of supply, but there certainly isn't a shortage of demand for that type of clothing.

That new Bow PA looks like a combination of close combat (kicking) and shooting, sounds a bit more like ER and HS from GU combined, problem is that it doesn't seem to hit multiple enemies at once, but looks really nice on destroying one boss part really fast.

To be honest it's hard to even tell how good it is. Like, is it hard to aim, or is she just REALLY bad at it? The damage looks decent for how many hits it is, but that long animation seems like a turn off. I'll use it anyway if only because I need a bow PA that isn't sharp bomber. :I

Oh, I know she used it. She just didn't use it WELL. XD She kept missing most of the hits, and I can't tell if that's because it's hard to control or because she was bad at it, was my point.

Yea I agree that it somewhat hard to control. Katana new PA is a simple slash with a shockwave, meaning it's quite simple to use yet quite powerful enough to use.

Bow PA seems like you have to get close to make it effective (all the kicking hits). I smell a sub GU is in order.
