How should I distribute 10 sp on the BR bow branch?

On the skill tree simulator. The speed number for rapid shoot is the time between each arrow shot? Nthr power number is the % of each arrow? Please explain cuz I have asked before but somehow this was never explain properly and avoided .

I have been though it, no where explain what the top number (the speed increase) do... does it reduce the shot per arrow (including JA) or increase arrow travel speed?

Then ask in that thread. It literally exists specifically for you to ask your questions there instead of making a new one. If they wanted everyone to make a new thread for every question that isn't answered they wouldn't have a braver thread at all.
