There was an announcement about boosted drop rates, is it already active?

I was playing earlier in SH in a full 12-people group and got so many lv16 disks and 10* that was crazy, without a triboost or anything like that.

(edit: forget it just saw in-game announcement, seems it was active before for some reason)

16 disks aren't even really thaaaaat rare. you can expect maybe a fourth of your disk finds to be like that.
