Has anyone lately successfully managed to change the email address registered with the SEGA Id account?
It seems impossible to just change the email address, and when I enter all the user data I just get an error stating that some input was wrong without listing any details.
I can't use my original personal data since when I registered you could still enter western text for user name and security question answer.
Now the name needs to be in Kanji and the answer to the security question in half-width Katakana. But even if I comply to that I still get that error and can't change the data.
Any ideas?
