I hear that's a growing trend over there; hiring on a lot of part-time staff, and then letting them go after they finish a project. It makes less sense for a continually evolving product like PSO2, but hey, maybe they hire in shifts? "Oh, we'll pay you this for the first 5 months* *lets artist go after those 5 months, then hires different artists with lower rates*
