(1)
are dmg from affix, set effect and attribute included in latents?
e.g. Haze Odio, +10, with Quartz soul and power 3 (= +60 S atk) with latent 3

when it deals dmg to darkers it does an addition of 83 s atk or 89 s atk (+ affix dmg) or 98 s atk (set effect and affix dmg)

(2)
When including the dmg from attribute at 50, it deal an additional 50% dmg to monsters with light as weakness, is this an 50% dmg of the base weapon stats or includes all of the above?

For number 1, I don't know.

For number 2, there's something you didn't catch.

The element percentage you have on your weapon adds its percentage to the stat of your weapon regardless of weakness. And if the monster is weak to that element, you add to your 20% damage regardless of the percentage of the element on your weapon.

Exemple, you have a 1000 S-ATK weapon with 50% light.
Against any enemy, your weapon will have a stat of 1000 + 0.5x1000 = 1500 S-ATK.
Against enemies weak to light, you will add 20% to your damage (not to the stat, to the final result of your damage). It would be the same 20% more damage if your weapon was 10% light for instance, elemental weakness bonus is static.

Actually, the element number does have an impact on the elemental weakness number.
At 50% light with those numbers, enemies with a x1.2 weakness to light would further increase your attack by 100 and not 20% damage. You get the 100 by multiplying .20 with 500 that was contributed by the 50% element on a 1000 S-atk sword.

Now, if an enemy like Persona was present with a x1.3 weakness to light, it would be 500 * .3 for an additional 150 instead.

The 10% on the specific enemy slaying abilities just multiply with whatever multipliers you have on your skill tree. The affixes and whatnot are factored against enemy defense first. Then, some other math stuff.
