Level 30 unable to go higher?

Very new and i just reach level 30! now i am unable to go higher then level 30 do i need to do anything ? to level higher? every time i kill it says max exp ? lol

You need to do Koffee's level cap client order to increase it.

The majority of English player play on Ship 2, Block 20.
And if you aren't fluent in Japanese, it is easier if you install the English patch to get an better idea on the specific of quest and functions of NPC.

I put the patch on for all patches and it said "Ok" for the up to date patches in green lettering theirs still japanese letterings
