How do i theme on my room?

Free rooms can't be themed but if you have used a x day shop pass or have premium, you can use the console on the wall to give it a theme.

Room terminal, select I believe the third or 4th options, select the room you want to be affected by the theme then select the theme and bam. (mini can'ts be changed)
