Hello all,

Recently my old man cleared out some of my stuff from his loft, told me to get rid of it, it was taking up too much space.

I found an old copy of PSO Vers. 2 for the Dreamcast. Brand new, sealed, never been opened. You see I just bought a Gamecube and had Episode 1 and 2 so never bothered playing the DC one.

I thought I'd sell on eBay. I can't find many for sale though, they look quite rare. It's PAL format by the way. I found someone selling his brand new and sealed for £125 ($199). That sounds far too steep to me. Do any of you guys have any idea how much it is actually worth? I'd like to put a reserve on it you see.

Thanks.

Guess I was lucky then. Got mine sealed for like 14 euro's, approx. 19 dollar. I reckon it's worth a bit more than that though.

Was yours PAL or NTSC?

I'm struggling to find other copies for sale so I really have nothing to set the standard by.

Mine was PAL also. I just stumbled across it on ebay. I remember seeing them for more, but I can't remember how much. Sorry I can't be of much help.

Pal had a higher value due to the connection online.
Certain servers now offer a patch to make any version of PSO connect online, making US PSO v2 a cheap way to get online and some sellers even lowered the value of the PAL version to a more acceptable value, some obviously forgot and some try their luck, i mean 199$ seems quite alot.

Top condition, with serials, manual and an unbroken case is worth around 15€, but to be honest the PAL version is worth as much as the US version atm, so try and find the price on those and you'll get the idea on how much that is worth.

I bought my NTSC v.2 a few months ago for $10.98 USD from amazon, if that helps any at all. :P

Thanks guys, yes that definitely helps.

Its funny, I also found a sealed copy of the NTSC version. I think I may just keep hold of them a little longer, it's quite nice being a collector myself ;)
