Im currently level 55 Fo, 45 Te, with mediocre gear, and im puzzled as to what to do!

What would you be doing at this point?

Level 55? Do SH quests and wait for Super Extreme / Mega Advance quests, whichever come first.

Level Techer, then do SH quests in order to farm your desired gear. Spam TACOs, aim to do Girard's COs.

Try other classes if you get tired.

If it were me, I'd aim to 65/65 (max out) my main and subclass first by spamming falz runs doing client orders, etc. After that, I would find ways to make lots of Meseta since having a lot of Meseta translates to having better weapons, better gears, more costumes/accessories/lobby actions for your character.

I'm not sure if your question implies that you're starting to get bored of PSO2 (or not)... if you are, finding a few friends in-game so that you can socialize and horse around always helps to ward off boredom.
