sorry i am not sure if i am posting at the right place but i kinda need help ><

my jp psn seems to have deactivated as i cant log in with my pass as well as email.
it would require me to call them in jp which i dont think i can.

so my question is:
if i were to remake a new psn jp account.
how do i link my old pso2 account to the new psn account?
and is it possible?
if there is a tread telling how it's done pls assist in linking here thx everyone ><

I got an email 2 days ago from JP PSN Admin requiring me to change my password as part of their security maintenance. I checked my Vita and yes, I couldn't log in to my JP PSN with my old password. This might've been a server wide instruction.

If you can't log in to your account then you'll need to change your password. You can change it by going to >

Settings > PSN > Sign In > Forgot Your Password > Input your Birthday >

An activation URL will be sent to your Email. Just follow the instructions and you'll be able to change your password.

Try this procedure first.

There is a program that can give u the date of birth. You need the email for the psn account tho. Please view the thread below,
