Problem with Story patch

For some reason the Story patch doesn't work with my pso2. however, the normal english patch(core and large files) works properly. It seems for some reason only the story patch one doesn't work. I'm using the Tweaker launcher as an administrator and it's still not working. I even tried patching it manually to no avail.

is there something i'm missing or is it just broken for me?

Everything, even the opening cutscene when I start a new character is still in japanese as for story part, I only started yesterday so i'm still in ch1

nope, it's as if the patch ain't working but Tweaker says it works properly(installed)


edit : I don't think it's because my downloaded files are broken, cause I downloaded the story patch from the main website via a torrent they give

I'm having the same problem too, I would love to play the story in English
