Greetings
So I have been having a lot of trouble with character skin color being different in game. Seems like its not a settings thing but the lighting difference in game, compared to in character creator.

I'm trying to get the pale skin but still looking human. It looks how I want when I make the character but in game it looks gray or pink (very unnatural)

The female character is around the pale, natural skin I'm trying to do. My male character in the back is clearly not that color, even if it looked correct in CC.

I found a image on google and copied the position of the skin color crosshairs, but it came out looking like the pic above (gray)

Anyone know how to do this? I tried making it more pink, but comes out looking pink. I must have recreated my character 15times already. :argh:

duman race has own skin color setting u can't copy from orther race setting
talk about pink try move crosshair around center left

That is indeed a dewman problem. Their skin color cannot hit the natural shades from human/newman, and it is especially noticeable in the lobby.

That was the closest I could get with Billie and still be comfortable with it.

Like what Kondibon said, the lighting in the game really messes with your character's skin tone. The gate area isn't a really good spot for taking nice pictures. Just compare the salon and shopping area to the gate....

The game's lightning is really variable but would this be closer to what you're looking for? (lots of images)

Yes! thats what Im trying very hard to achieve. I have been trying different stuff for a while but cant get it anywhere close to that. do you remember what your skincolor placement crosshairs was?

Yours looks perfect too, even at the gate or shopping area. Thats also the color Im trying to get.

Thanks it may seem like the male and female Dueman skin tone is a bit different, as I didnt get the same results. But with both of yours, I can play around with the skin tone more and hopfully get the tone I want.

Ya. My character suffers from the same problem(?) as well, but I feel it is unique and like it very much lol.
