But i have a problem, i spent 2000 Ark cash to get a premium set for 30 days and a player shop but i dont know how to activate them, i see my purchase history but what do i need to do next?
Items are not in my inventory and i just started playing PSO2 less than a week ago.

I feel very dumb right now.

It should be in your inventory under the same tab that you would find monomates and moon atomizers ( you would also find accesory and hair style unlocks under the same tab). the icon should look like a rectangle with rounded corners with a dot in the middle.

Check your storage. If you had 50/50 items at the time it might have went there.
