Problem with Registration Management page

After fighting with the stupid captcha for a good couple of hours and getting walled by "Error in input content" I finally got past the thing and plan to update my information. Which to me sounded like a simple process... except now when I try to give Sega the info it needs for me to be able to edit that information, I get hit with "error in input content" yet again. I'm going the "Security Question" route and nothing, even tried giving it false info to see if it gives me the more specific "Security doesn't match" or "Email doesn't match" errors, but still it feeds me that annoying "Error in input content". There something wrong with it, or am I doing something wrong, or is there some hidden captcha on the bottom left corner of the screen I'm not aware about?

Edit: Tried clearing the cache, once again walled by the error when trying to simply log into my account, and I'm certain I'm putting in the right characters.
And a small question which is the reason I'm going through this runaround. Is it necessary to edit your information to match what information you get after following this guide? http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=199490

Also does anyone know what this translates to?
