Greetings all Arks!

This is a emergency meeting which involves all Arks across all the ships of the Oracle Fleet. It's about time we get rid of our eternal archenemy: The Rappy

As you all know these little creatures appear all fluffy, innocent, cute and tame. But! Continuous research has shown that these creatures are great evil. Maybe even more so then the Darkers we all fear! This has led to several top secret meetings between the highest of our officers and we all came to the conclusion we have to do something about these little devils. It is time we put a end to this.

So I ask you, fellow Arks, to take up your arms. Starting today we will no longer get tricked by these little devils. No more trolling with their crappy low rank rares that we wouldn't even want our offspring to play around with. No more endless stream of grinders that crashed the market. No more Rappy Souls. No more seasonal outfit for these greedy bastards. Today we fight! For a brighter future for all of the Oracle Fleet!. It is time to engage Operation Attack on Rappies!

I expect all of you brave Arks to participate in this purification of the universe. Operation Attack on Rappies will run from today on until December the 31st at 2200 hours EST or until there are no more Rappies left. We fight till the last Arks.

As you know we hold the reputation of being the strongest creatures in the universe. Tonight! We must prove it to the masses.

We are far far too lazy to do that.

Therefore! operation "I Couldn't Become an Arks, So I Reluctantly decided to become a Rappy" shall commence! Let us show those Arks who the real strongest front on the Oracle Fleet!

We shall ruffle our feathers, grab our strongest weapons and destroy those enemies who think they are so strong! Stronger than us!

Here are some guidelines to follow the event: ATTACK ON RAPPY
- Our target is the Rappy (ラッピー) or Saint Rappy (セント・ラッピー) NAB RAPPIES will not count.

- Your screenshot must be an action shot. You must be fighting your target in your shot.
- You must be alone for your shot. No outside characters can be involved in this mission.
- Eliminate as many targets in your shot as necessary (Code Arrest:OK| Parallel Rappy World:OK)
- The resolution/quality of the shot will not be held against you

Submit your photos to your local arks administrator (or ce'nedra) by the deadline

- Our target is any boss in PSO2.
- You must be a rappy! (Any costume involving a Rappy is acceptable.)
- Our screenshots must be an action shot. We must work to destroy all the bosses! Our photos shall be our proof of heroism!
- We must work alone for this mission. Cannot get the ARKS curious of what we're doing!
- The resolution/quality of the shot will not be held against you.

Submit your photos to our comrade rappy (Sayara) by the deadline.

Prizes
The 2 events shall have their own prize pools, but the prizes are the same. The top 2 winners shall be decided from the panel of undisclosed rappy and arks commanders.

A third prize will be given to the entry that becomes the most popular entrant among the PSOW community!

1st place 3000 Webmoney cash prize to be used for PSO2 or any other means.
2nd place 1000 Webmoney cash prize to be used for PSO2

Here are some guidelines to taking better screenshots on PSO2. These are the same guideline suggestions given by SEGA for their ARKS MUSUEM event last year.

1. Press the + and - keys on your keyboard to zoom in to your character.

This way the focus is more on you! You can then use the * and / keys to tilt the screen upward and downward to fit yourself in the frame to your best ability.

2. You will want to turn off the blur effect.
Unless you want blur for your shot that is!
This option is located here:
"「メニュー」＞「オプション」＞「描画設定」＞「描画機能」＞「ブラー」にて、「ON/OFF」を設定できます。"
(Menu->Options->Video Settings->Drawing Settings->BLUR ON/OFF)

3. We recommend you disable the UI when you take your screenshots.
You can do this by following this guideline:
Menu->Options->Shooting Settings->Show Interface in Screenshots-> HIDE WINDOWS

4. Remember this is for decorative and action shot purposes... You do not have to do all of this on the highest difficulty. You can fight bosses on normal, or rappies on normal for screenshot purposes. Unless you're up for the rappy challenge pipipi....

5. Remember to have fun! This is all for amusement! Not a master shooter? No problem! Just do your best and take many screenshots! Just have fun doing it!
