English Large File download error, help?

I was trying to download this english large patch, and it said "error - the specified executable is not a valid application for this OS platform. [FAILED!]" then there was a popup window telling me to copy the URL that's about to open to a post. Idk where to post it, and I'm really new to the forum so here I am, help pls?

Welcome to the site! Unfortunately this isn't the correct section for a proper answer. What you're looking for is the PSO2 General Section for help. And since what you're showing appears to be an error with the tweaker, it should be directed specifically this thread here:
