Disconnect after completing tutorial mission?

I seem unable to progress in the game...at the end of the tutorial mission my character sheaths her weapon and then simply stands there...my only option is to alt f4 and exit the game.

It always happens at the end of the tutorial mission and it has now happened 5 times.

Any suggestions?

Are you using any english patches? If not try doing a file check.

I've been using PSOTweaker to uninstall every patch and then reinstall just the English patch.

Now I crash when trying to enter the tutorial mission (I get a black screen which just shows "Planet Naberius Area 1".

Is there a repair file option available in the launcher or something?
