Want a new mag

How is the best way to get one of the rare mags? I haven't been playing much lately and just recently got back into the game. Can you only get the Sato mags and such by Arks Cash or hell of a lot of amounts of Meseta? any info is greatly appreciated. Not too happy with the mag I have at the current moment.

Sadly, you can't get a Sato with AC, you can buy a retail copy of PSO2 first edition (so real money) or stock up some mesetas and buy it at player shops. Same goes for the rest of mag evo devices, unless you do some AC scratch (when available) you need mesetas to buy them :)
