It was like B20 but many times worse.

It was an area of the Guardians Colony that a lot of people took to using as a chatroom. It was pretty much a shitty area to be in even if you wanted to just chat because someone would always fuck it up with memes or other obnoxious talk.

Anything else note worthy?

It was where a bunch of kids acted their age and a bunch of technically adults acted like kids.

That's it.

It's kinda like the PSU version of 4chan's /b/ board

That's exactly what it was.

If something was on 4chan, you could rest assured it would be on the fourth floor in a few days. They weren't the quickest bunch. I didn't spend much time there, but they were less like formidable internet savvy trolls and more like irritating children with parents that didn't realize they were cybering or else they couldn't have their games than anything else.

^^ yeah I have to agree that the 4th floor on the PSU xbox 360 was crazy but even the demo version was more worse ^^; But in the JP server of PSU PC they are mostly all players always hand out at the 3rd floor and the 5th floor all depend when they have an new event or when they do Project Cute event on the first floor. but when there no event going on they mostly be on the 3rd floor hang out with there friends and you see them all the time 3rd floor.

Origins of the 4th Floor, presented to you by Jet!

Back before PSU came out on 360, there was a beta, which was referred to the "demo" before it got shut down years later, but that's another story.

When the beta came out, it was essentially the demo, with only a handful of missions available. The closest mission was Unsafe Passage and it was located on the 4th floor of the Guardians Colony. So a ton of players set up camp on the 4th floor to socialize and get groups going.

Fast-forward a bit and basically the 4th floor acted as a filter by weeding out the people who played the game, to the carebears who just wanted to socialize/date/sell pics for meseta/etc...

I did an experiment and spent a good deal of time on the 4th floor to see what it was about. I've seen people on that game who literally sat in the same spot and never moved. All they did was socialize and never really played the game as it was meant to be played.

I've met some cool people, some really uncool people, and some people who were just straight shitbags that would've been better left set ablazed.

Definitely not as bad as 4chan, but it wasn't a church either.

I played the PSU beta, also known as the demo for around 2 years or maybe less.
It's not as bad as people say. Maybe we were a bunch of kids that swore and scammed each other for fun. But, we were a family.

Basically on the demo, people on the 4th floor would:

-Sell/Scam Internet Pornography for meseta.
-Sit down socializing.
-Sit down doing absolutely nothing.
-T/bag people.
-Spam.
-Get into arguments.
-Sit down on each other.
-Date. (Nothing wrong with it)
-Sometimes, they'd hold contest.
-And some other stuff which I can't remember.

On the full game, people on the 4th floor would:

-Be AFK.
-Spam.
-Sit down doing absolutely nothing.
-Gather themselves into parties.
-Sell items.
-Annoy each other at times.

But, it wasn't as bad as the demo, I guess. Still fun though. I miss PSU. :(

It was just very busy up there and a relatively small room. It was supposed to be just for changing character class or something like that I think.

Nothing worth writing home about lol
