Question about changing servers

So I know that when changing servers, your character keeps money and items in inventory, but what about when you have 2 chars and one is left on the old server?

Do items in storage stay kept or is it like a divorce and half gets lost in transfer?

Also, Mags and S.Partners also don't change, but friend lists are deleted right?

Finally, which server is a more recommended server? I know that Ship 2 and Ship 8 are popular with english players, is that still true? My timezone is CT if that makes any difference.

Everything in storage stays on the ship. Everything on your character will transfer.

I believe lobby actions are tied to the ship, but accessories will transfer over.

Ship 2 has a lot of English speaking players, though there's some communities spread out over the other ships. Check out the Player Matchup Forum (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=18) to find some Teams on the various ships.
