Reinstall PSO2 for asiasoft English version?

I was just wondering if I will have to download and install a new PSO2 when the English server comes out? Just curious if I will then have to start all over or use the same login for my Japanese account

they aren't just opening a new ship for SEA players, they are creating a wholly new entity so the answer is nope yes, you will have to both reinstall and create new account/characters
