Pso2 no response from server

So with some help from friends i've finally created a sega ID but unfortunately running into another problem. When i log in it sometimes says server connection timed out and the other times it takes me to the character creation screen/refer a friend screen but immediately pops up with error 603 every time. I can't figure out if its because a firewall blocking something or i am missing a patch? Or maybe the fact that I am In Pennsylvania U.S. Can players outside of Japan still play?

Yea. It's probably something with your connections. Also, we just had a big EQ, so server might have been "eh".

each ship is most likely a collection of servers/virtual machines for each block, so if one fails it doesn't take the rest with it.

Seems like the servers can't handle the sheer amount of players during a rare boost day on Christmas break.

B11 209 and 210 were only 3 that never died. Was in 209 whole time during this happening. Never been entrained this much but PSO2. 10/10 would do again.
