Double Saber and Twin Daggers. Both are all-class weapons.
They're basically the same model pasted together or separated at the handle.
Their damage isn't great (until extending, anyway) but they have +14% damage on weak attribute (weak attribute, not weak point) lv3 latent.

Also, completing the new side story quest will unlock Melphonseana as a partner.

Daggers are better than the usual fare (ranging around lower 10* tier TD's), but Double Sabers have so many better options. Lambda Hellfret is very affordable and fits its niche very nicely with its latent.

So the Infinity weapons are back as MB items hm? Interesting I guess.

Kinda makes me want to pull out Infinity (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=1032&pictureid=18014) again.

They seem painfully weak. Guessing because they're all-class, but still. Yeesh.

They're guaranteed drops. That's why they're weak.

A lot cooler looking than nishinki or other all class daggers. Goes with the color scheme I'm doing for Luna.

Wonder if they lag on weapon switch

someone was using them in my party earlier, It was scary :u

I didn't notice any lag on my side, but that doesn't mean they don't cause any lag since it's kinda random.

Wonder if they lag on weapon switch

My first thought too.

Personally I think it's kinda sad that weapon switching lag has to be a serious consideration for the viability of a weapon.
Maybe they should add it as an official stat.

"Switchlag: 500ms"
Attach "quickswitch" affix for -100ms lag.

quickswitch is a crafting option

I'm honestly legitimately upset that these aren't camos, too. They'd look cool as camos.

Then again, with crafting coming hey maybe it won't be so bad.

I can't believe they still haven't allowed us to use multiple camos yet.
I wonder if there's still that bug where camos don't show in the lobby until the character is refreshed.

craft items into camos

craft items into camos

Which is basically the system we wanted before we got weapon camos.
Now crafting is mostly a roundabout way of achieving that.
Instead of making a crap weapon into a camo, we have to make a crap weapon into a good weapon.

SEGA design plan is probably something like, "take a simple concept and convolute it".
We can see a lot of that in their art design.
For example, the stupid holes, gaps, patterns and animal heads on the thigh-highs and knee socks.
All of those would look a billion times better if they kept it simple.

Strange. I seem to be finished with matterboard 13, but I'm not seeing any option to get a new one. How do I do this side quest?

I didn't have any issues picking up matterboard 14 once I finished both parts of the story quest.

After you finish matter board 15 and clear both parts of the story quest, the sidequest will be made available the next time you go to the quest counter.

Matterboard 13 is story quest 2, episode 2, right?

Yeah it is. To get MB14 you need to do Ep1 Chapter 8 again but this time you're with Maria and Sara.

To get Melphonseana's side story, you need to complete episode 2's story quest 4 with both Echo and Sara's routes.

Meanwhile, other games give you a cosmetic item slot where you can put any usable item and it'll display over anything and everything else no matter what.

Any. Usable. Item. A clothes item just for that, an actual weapon or piece of armor you could be wielding on its own, anything.

Nope not this game.

Not even a cosmetic cash shop item to fit in the specific cash slot

TaigaUC

Yeah. For a game that focuses heavily on cosmetics... whew. Terribad.
We finally get pantyhose, and they have bizarre patterns and undies on top.
The skeleton body paint has undies too. Painful.

It'd probably take them 2 seconds to disable the underwear mesh.
