How to unlink JP PSN from SEGA ID?

I want to be able to play with my US PSN account instead of my JP PSN account.

I have my JP PSN linked to my SEGA ID.

What are the procedures to unlinking the JP PSN from the SEGA ID and linking my US PSN instead?
