How do people make their characters talk?

I've been watching some time attack vids like this

and you can see their characters say things in their runs. Caused me and my friend to wonder how they do that, would spice up my grinding for sure.

Special voices that have dialogue in them. Default ones are mostly just sounds, character voices have sayings in them.

Unique/Extra voices have your character saying something. The standard voices are just grunts, a la PSU.

Unique voices are available right off the bat. Extra voices can be purchased in player shops, for about 300k, at least that's how much I spent for the epic engrish male voice.

If you're female some of the more rare voices will cost more (vo26 for caseals is 630k, vo40 for caseals is 130k) just depends on the voice and demand for it.

Also now you can do /vo# commands for autowords. Usually they go /vo1-/vo12 but the fate ones go to -/vo22
