I remember using Rafoie in PSO, and I did't find it in the shop. Is there no Rafoie in PSO2? If so, where can I find it? Also, anyone know where I can find Gibarta?

Sorry for the trouble and noobish questions, thanks for helping!

Quickest way to get them is to go buy them from player shops.

Here's the list of all the techniques, just find the ones you want and search the JP name.

Well then, another noobish question, where do I go to get to the player shops?

EDIT: Nevermind, found it. I don't have the thing it as asking me to get to there though... Know where I can find it?

If it's your first time using the player shops it wants you to enter a 5 digit password that you'll have to use every time you log on.

OH, alright, thanks.

Do I have to use a level 1 Rafoie disc to learn it? I'm a bit confused about the levels.

Yeah, I have no clue how discs work...

Here's the gist of it

You can learn a skill as long as you have the required stat (S-atk, R-atk, T-atk) to learn it

Skills do not level up by themselves, they are dropped by enemies

Certain enemies (mostly rare enemies) drop skills that other enemies cannot drop

Thus, you can use whatever level of rafoei you can buy and use

Very Hard mode can drop 11-15 discs, and Super Hard can drop 16 discs

You also can not buy level 11+ PA/Technique either since those are account bound so you'll have no choice but to venture into Very Hard/Super Hard for the higher level stuff.
