PA differs depending on the order type. If it's digital then it should be within less than a day. The delivery of the physical product, I'm not sure but I think was somewhere less than a week but again I'm not sure on that part.

There's also JPWM.net, however they tend to be pricier at around $69 for 5000 WebMoney. They are instant though.

I linked my credit card to my PayPal and that seems to work well, however, you do need to link PayPal and your bank together for SutoCorp.

Credit card purchases on the others through PayPal is a breeze.

They only charge if you order something in japan that they can't ship internationally but they ship it to you instead.

Tenso provided me a phone number as part of signing up.

For name you may want to use a direct translation of your name into kana. I did that with my name in english as it didn't translate over well when I tried to translate it from traditional chinese. That's assuming you have your name from a different language.

You could probably stick that into Google translate and get a result from that. Maybe.
