If you're asking if there are any ingame yet, the answer is no. That article is most likely talking about a small glitch that happens while the feature scratch items are loading, and/or the fact that the rainbow star icons are already in the files.

15* weapons are probably planned, but there aren't any in game yet. I also can't imagine grinding them...

That was a bug in CBT where if you load the AC scratch and it lags it shows off 15*s.

Now when will we get there is beyond me. I'm guessing 2017 considering the current rate we're at now for content lol.

I also can't imagine grinding them...grind rates for 0 ----> 1 , Danger + Grind (none)

rates for 5 ----> 6 , DANGER!!!! + Grind (-5)

rates for 9 ----> 10 , GOTOHELL!!! + Grind (-9, sure when fails):nerd:

then make Full Protects not allowed when grinding 15* to make people rage even more. :wacko:

15*s will be able to go into the negatives. No limit to how low they can go either :3

I also can't imagine grinding them...

+0 -> +1 Certain
+1 -> +2 Caution -1
+2 -> +3 Caution -2
+3 -> +5 Risk (30-35%) -3
+5 -> +8 Risk (20-25%) -4
+8 -> +10 Risk (10-15%) - 5

Oh and they'd need grind protection (+1/+2/full) EX and Grind boost success rate (5/10/20/30/100%) EX. Which you trade in 3 normal ones in the recycle shop for one.

those stars are not a bug ( yes , a bug can make stars with different art appear..... really???), meaning 15* are planned at least , or the game can show rarity up to 15*

I get the feeling anything above 13* will be event-only or will, at the most, drop once every 3 weeks during peak times where the quest that drops it is scheduled almost every day.

And then we get into grind success rates...

I hope by then they make anything *11+ have 50 element by default or else a good 50 element *11 will outclass a *15 with 23 wind.

Will probably worst than THAT until game reaches the point where Pwand becomes as common as elysion.

I wouldn't be surprised if 13-15* items are actually easy to grind. I'm sure that'll be something else entirely, purely customizable and possibly exclusive to crafting - perhaps only from blueprints.

If they're smart they'll require components from various sources, like enemy part weapons and CO items.

I wish that words were true. Skill is more important than RNG, and for now, RNG > Skill D:

although, skill can make up for RNG (WB-ing skills, Resta Skills, LOL)

anyways, we are allowed to extend 11* units right?
