In need visiphone password help!

I took a long hiatus from pso2, only to come back and completely forget about my visiphone password. I sent a request to have it reset. But someone was telling me that SEGA takes a long time to respond. It says within 72 hours in the email but my friend said they waited like 3 weeks. Can anyone confirm or deny this? 3 weeks is totally uncoool!

Well I didnt technically email them it just wanted my acc info with my email combo and it i they just sent me a confirmation that they;re looking into the request. So no, I never emailed them anything in english persay.
