Issue with the 'Services Page' :/

This is going to sound stupid but... I can't get to it. I know what it looks like as I've been there before and its this page i'm referring too:

However, I can't get to this page. When I go past the account verification I just hit a massive list of games I can subscribe too and no way to actually getting to the PSO2 services page, this is the screen I get greeted with;

Clicking the PSO2 name simply takes me to http://pso2.jp/ and I can't for the life of me find where to go =/

Any help?

Okay, after much study, if I have this right, you're at the page where you'd register for services for your SEGA ID, which isn't the right page. I think you meant to click this button on the player's site (I made it clickable for your convenience so you don't have to go looking for it on the player's site this one time):
