the launcher of the game doesnt work

i have a little problem i cannot download the game it says ''i downloaded the last version of the launcher and then restart'' then it says ''error has cancelled the launch of pso2updater.exe file is not updated''

i dont know what to do to download the game !! plz help me

No, seriously. Use the tweaker. I couldn't play without it- literally.
