Crafting Menus Inaccessible

for some reason all craft-related selections are greyed out and unselectable

I can access the craft menu on both the visiphone and My Room console, but everything's greyed

it's been like that for a few days, was there something I've missed?

I don't know what is causing your problem, but I cannot use the Crafter Search feature on my main account at all. It will never find any other players, no matter what I search for. If I try it on another account, it works fine.

Hopefully Sega fixes these bugs during the next maintenance.
