Dear Arks!

I have the honor to announce to you the 'Tell a Tale' contest. This contest is for you the creative thinkers and storytellers. You get the chance to prove yourself to the World of PSO2 by telling us a story. The concept is easy enough, all you need is the magic of your imagination!
You are asked to tell us a story, any kind, with the help of pictures. You may take between 3 and 6 pictures to tell your story. The amount of text should be reasonable, not to much and not to less, you should use the help of at least 3 pictures and not more than 6 to keep the stories readable for the contest.
You can ask as many friends as you might need to help you with screenshots or participate in your story. But in the end it will be your story and that means you will be the winner that receives the prize.
To keep it fair and square we restrict it to Original screenshots only. Photoshop or any other means to manipulate pictures are not allowed, but of course if you are using ambient occlusion or the likes your screenshots will still be accepted.
Because it’s your own story we would like you to not use any screenshots of PSO2s story mode as well. Of course you are allowed to use characters that look like NPCs and build your story on PSO2's but we really want your own story and not PSO2's story retold.




To sum it up here again the rules:
Between 3 and 6 pictures
No Photo manipulation
No Story mode Screenshots
No 18+ content (nudity, pornography) it's a contest for all ages
Send in a PM until the 21th of February (Extended)



Of course you can win something at this. It's not the usual prizes, but after all it's not a usual contest.

You can tell any story you want, so long as the medium is these three to six pictures. Since our fanfics are all text based, obviously those can't be entered. But if you retell them with photos, I'm sure it's fine.

I'm gonna be making an entry soon, but I have a question...
Why exactly are the prizes set up in such a way? Would it not make more sense to let the winner choose which two they want, and then go down the list, with the second, third, etc place winners getting their picks of what's left?

For example, if I were to come in first place, I would want the two Batman games, and I have no interest in Dead Space 3, and if I came in 4th or 5th place, well... I'd be in a bit of trouble, since I already own Mirror's Edge and Just Cause 2 on Steam...

I think you need to rethink the prize distribution...

Edit: Also, you say Photoshop is not allowed, but... I can use it to add captions to the pics, right? It'd look better than if I used MS Paint XD

The Prizes are set the way they are to make it more fair towards all participants, Not allowing you to choose but yet having it rather randomized.
In the end if any of the contest winners is unsatisfied, we have a few other game's which are not listed here that might be more appealing to you.
If you are still not satisfied we can try to organize some kind of exchange of your prize with another contestants prize.

As for captions you may use Photoshop, Microsoft Paint or any other program, that doesn't really matter.

Yes something like that but, that doesn't look like much of a story.
Well here an example, some time ago TenebriS and I did a bunch of screens together and he made up a silly story out of it.

One day Red Riding Hood, aka Serafi, was walking through a dark cave, what could possibly go wrong? It was a very interesting cave and she had a lot of fun exploring it, but it's getting late so she has to leave it.
