Anybody else got that gun and thought "I've got to max that!" for no reason other than you can?

Not sure if it has an effect as I haven't run the EQ again yet. Other than Dudu sucking at safe grinds as usual, the only real barrier is it costs 9 Photon Spheres to unlock the other 2 potential levels.

I still keep it at +0 uncrafted for an easy way to shock elder and regain PP with minial damage dealt between his arms being vulnerable.

Did it last year on day one of the EQ, lv3/+10/fang soul/shoot 3 because I could, then again im a sucker for doing that kinda thing to those kinda weapons (FUlly maxed out adaman anyone?)

I was going to extend it, but then it would no longer be all-class. So yeah, it would be a bit pointless imo after that.

But I'll work on Fang/Shoot III

So does it not lose all class when extended? Cause if there's no risk I'm so doing it.

You can get a second Rescue Gun (or probably any number of Rescue Guns). I have one uncrafted +0 for shocking Elder, and another maxed out one.

Yeah, the maxing out of the gun only ups the fire dmg to 150 and firestorm damage to 230

See, this guy gets it. I have an entire fanfic dedicated to this.

I've been dying to extend the water pistol to use on my gunner. However, I'd lose my Falz shocker by doing this. I could compensate by extending a 1* and making it all class, but then I couldn't stun the god of evil with water pistols.

Go into the burning rangers quest

Get free waterguns

rinse/repeat

You get a new gun each time you enter burning ranger without one...
