1) As I mentioned in another thread, the club-like empty room in shop area is private meeting room, a special area where none of the white chats would be heard outside. If you wanna have a meeting/gathering with your friends from different teams, but without disturbing the other players around, that place is a good choice.

2) The Maximum boost rate is 399%. For example, on Advanced Quest 200% Boost day, you won't get 450% (200%+250%) rare drop bonus if you use a 250% rare drop boost, but 399% only.

btw, the premium drink rare drop bonus is 15% (I made a mistake, corrected already), and the max team rare drop buff is 9%. They all sum up.

The boost for premium drinks is 15% or 20%. It's a estimate somewhere on the JP wiki. Far as I know, there is no maximum drop rate, but I heard (as in floating around out there) like anywhere from 400%-800%.

If you scroll down, you'll see RDR effect is 15% "レアドロップ率アップ"

No evidence for the 399%, it still needs proof.
I made a mistake, premium drink bonus for rare drop and exp is 15%, which is written in official guide, while the meseta drop bonus is 20%.
